A DEA agent is killed in action during a raid, which leaves his family in financial turmoil and causes his son, Jesse, to have to move away. This lack of support from the DEA is a major motivator. Ray’s teenage son, Cody, and his friends who are also the children of the DEA agents decide to take matters into their own hands.
