Four years after Finney Blake survived and killed the serial abductor known as The Grabber. Both Finney and his sister, Gwen, are still coping with the deep trauma of the past. Gwen, who still possesses the same psychic abilities as their late mother, begins to receive eerie and terrifying calls in her dreams from the Black Phone. Her visions and dreams are no longer about the recent murders but focus on three boys who were stalked and vanished years ago at a remote, snow-covered winter camp called Alpine Lake Camp, which is located near Denver.
