Two of these “Specials,” Leon, a mechanic who is a wheelchair user, and his friend Chloe. They become entangled in the fight against corrupt politicians who are exploiting this genetic disparity for power and profit. Leon eventually comes across and uses an advanced exoskeleton suit to take on a more active role in the revolution, fighting to level the playing field for all.
