A widowed stepdad working as a janitor for a corrupt biotech company called BTH (Bi-Toxiphetamine Hydroxylate) in the crime-ridden town of St. Roma’s Village. He is struggling to provide for his stepson, Wade, and is distraught after learning he has a terminal brain disease that his insurance won’t cover.
