A dysfunctional family runs a renowned traditional herbal medicine business in a remote village. The patriarch, Pak Sadimin, tries to innovate by creating a new, experimental potion an elixir meant for eternal youth. Instead of rejuvenation, the potion accidentally triggers a terrifying transformation. Sadimin collapses and turns into an undead creature after consuming the elixir, setting off a rapidly spreading zombie outbreak in the village.
