A rare and valuable Lakota “Ghost Shirt,” a ceremonial artifact believed to have protective spiritual powers. When the shirt is stolen and put on the black market in a small South Dakota town, the lives of a disparate group of outsiders and outcasts violently intertwine as they all seek possession of it.
