A brother and sister, Noah and Megan, who are pulled back to their hometown after their mother suffers a stroke. While cleaning out their parents’ house, they discover a long buried corpse in the basement, a body that belongs to a neighbor who went missing decades ago. Instead of reporting the body to the police, the siblings make a series of increasingly bad decisions, attempting to hide the evidence and cover up what they believe is a crime committed by one of their parents.
