A rebellious and free spirited surfer named Zephyr is abducted by a deranged serial killer named Tucker. Tucker, who also runs a shark diving tour, has a horrifying ritual: he holds his victims captive on his boat and eventually feeds them to the sharks circling below, all while recording their final moments.
